From steelmaking, continuous casting, rolling to finishing, inspection and warehousing, the entire process is independently controlled. Customers are welcome to visit the factory in person, and video factory inspections and third-party inspections are also supported.

In-house rolling lines
12 production lines cover plate, section, pipe and bar wire, reliably producing GB, ASTM, EN and JIS products.
Full-process quality control
Spectrum analysis, tensile testing, impact testing and ultrasonic flaw detection, each batch comes with a quality certificate and heat number, traceable and re-testable.
Processing and customisation
Decoiling, slitting, CNC cutting, bending, punching, shot blasting and painting, cut to drawing and delivered directly to site.
Warehousing and export shipping
30,000 m² warehousing base, familiar with FOB / CIF / CFR, supporting full container, LCL and bulk vessel shipment.

Provide headcount, focus areas and timing, booking 3 working days in advance is recommended.
Arrange relevant processes
We arrange technical staff from steelmaking, rolling, finishing or quality control to accompany and explain.
On-site sampling and testing
Observe tensile, impact and flaw detection tests on site at the quality control centre.
Document Review
Access system documents, sample quality certificates, heat number traceability records and third-party reports.
Issue Factory Audit Conclusion
Work with clients or third-party agencies to produce factory audit reports as a basis for supplier evaluation.
